Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

Do all five roster members need to attend the coaching session?

No. While having the full 5-stack yields the best results for team chemistry, captains or core duos can attend alone to learn roster structure, veto strategies, and tactical callouts to teach their teammates later.

Can a coach help us define specific player roles and map pools?

Yes. The coach will analyze your squad members' mechanics, utility usage, and positioning to assign optimal roles (IGL, entry, AWPer, support, lurker/anchor) and refine a 3- to 4-map competitive pool for Premier or Faceit.

How does the GameTasker bidding process save us money?

Instead of paying rigid agency prices, coaches post competing bids for your posted request. This open marketplace drives prices down by up to 30% while letting you choose the exact skill level and background you want.

What happens if our team needs follow-up review after scrims?

You can easily create follow-up milestones or hire the same tasker for recurring PRAC spectating and demo reviews through direct task requests on GameTasker.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a coach and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if coach fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another coach.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.

First bids arrive in ~5 minutes
