Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

What happens if the keystone is not completed in time?

If a group fails to beat the timer on a run ordered strictly as In Time, the tasker must rerun the key at no extra cost until it is timed, or refund the order through escrow.

Can I play my own character during the Mythic +15 run?

Yes. Select the Self-Play option when accepting a bid to join the dungeon group directly on your character, follow the team's route, and experience the run firsthand.

Do I need to provide my own +15 keystone?

No. The booster team will provide the appropriate keystone for the run, though you are welcome to use your own key if you want to upgrade it specifically.

Can I add loot traders sharing my armor type?

Yes. You can specify in your listing that you require armor-stacking boosters (such as Plate, Mail, Leather, or Cloth) who will trade all eligible drop items directly to you.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a booster and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if booster fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another booster.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.
