Level 21 isn't earned from XP. It requires corrupting a level 20 gem with a Vaal Orb. We can level your gem to 20/20 first, then attempt the corruption. If the result isn't 21/20, we'll discuss retries or a replacement based on your order terms.
Not always. You can trade the gem to the tasker and get it back leveled, or choose account piloting if you prefer. With piloting, set your status offline and use escrow; with trading, keep your valuables in a separate stash tab.
