Helpful Info

Important details before ordering

We gathered selection tips, recommendations, and guarantees in one guide.

Why Marketplace Bids Beat Fixed SU Prices

Fixed-price stores lock one rate and schedule. On GameTasker, taskers bid for your Simulated Universe weekly points clear, so you compare profiles, server experience, reviews, and completion rates before choosing. Pick the offer that fits your roster, budget, and reset deadline.

How to Pick the Right SU Tasker

Check each bid for SU clear rate, Divergent Universe experience, character pool, and the Paths they run. Confirm server region and ping for live updates, read HSR customer reviews, and see how they handle weekly reset timing. The best bid matches your roster and deadline.

Before You Order

  • Set your server region and confirm your Trailblaze Level and Equilibrium Level so taskers bid accurately.
  • List your key characters, Light Cones, and preferred Paths so the tasker can plan a reliable SU team.
  • Tell your tasker your current weekly point progress and whether you need the clear before the Monday reset.

Service details

How the SU Weekly Clear Runs

Simulated Universe is solo content, so your tasker can clear weekly points on your server without a party. We schedule around your region and reset timer, keep the session private, and only touch the modes needed for your weekly cap. You can request live updates or a stream.

  • We match your America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO server and schedule around the weekly reset and your ping.
  • Your tasker avoids public chat, friend requests, and visible activity when offline status is supported.
  • Simulated Universe has no co-op, so runs are solo; you can watch via stream instead of sharing account access.

Payment Escrow Protection

Escrow, Account, and Dispute Protection

Payment is held in escrow until you verify the weekly points are claimed. Taskers must not spend Stellar Jade, Oneiric Shards, Trailblaze Power, or currencies unless your order requires it, and never alter your roster or inventory without permission. Issues go to dispute support.

  • Funds stay in escrow and release only after you confirm the Simulated Universe weekly points and rewards are delivered.
  • Your Stellar Jade, Oneiric Shards, characters, Light Cones, and Relics stay protected; no unauthorized spending.
  • If a tasker misses the deadline or causes issues, dispute resolution steps in with order evidence and refunds if valid.

Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

How long does a Simulated Universe weekly points clear take?

Most orders finish in 1–3 hours, depending on your Trailblaze Level, Equilibrium, roster, and how many weekly points you already have. Taskers can start after escrow funding and aim to finish before the weekly reset.

Do I have to share my HoYoverse account?

For a pilot, yes—your tasker needs login access to play. Use a unique temporary password, enable 2FA where available, and never share your primary email. You can also request a self-play or streamed session instead.

Can you also clear Divergent Universe weekly points?

This service is for Simulated Universe weekly points. If your weekly cap also includes Divergent Universe, note it in the order and taskers can bid on the full weekly clear.

What if I already earned part of the weekly points?

Tell your tasker your current progress in the Simulated Universe menu. They only need to finish the remaining points, which can lower both the price and completion time.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a raider and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if raider fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another raider.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.
