It depends on how many matches you want farmed and which weekly quests are done. A tasker with a high win rate can grind more wins per hour, so you’ll get shards faster than doing it yourself.
If you pick Duo Queue, the tasker plays with you, so no one else touches your account. For Solo Pilot, request unranked games to avoid MMR changes. As long as the tasker has a high behavior score, your score stays clean.
