Helpful Info

Important details before ordering

We gathered selection tips, recommendations, and guarantees in one guide.

Why Bidding Beats Fixed-Price Coaching

Forget cookie-cutter stores that charge the same for every hero. GameTasker turns coaching into a competition: post your rank and what you need, and coaches with proven Snapfire win rates send you offers. You review their profiles and stats, then pick the one that fits — no blind trust.

Choose a Coach by Real Stats, Not Hype

Every tasker profile shows raw numbers — Snapfire win rate at your bracket, pos 4/5 performance, hero pool depth, ping/server match, and buyer reviews. Coaches who can't back their words with stats don't get your MMR. You're in control.

Before You Post

  • Record 2 recent losses you want broken down.
  • List your MMR and server (USE/USW/EU/SEA).
  • Write your goal: lane pressure, team fights, or rotations.

Service details

What a Snapfire Session Looks Like

Live via Discord or Steam chat — your coach watches your screen or replays and drills the exact mistakes ruining your games. Go solo and get undivided attention, or duo-queue for real-time comms. You choose the depth.

  • Region-matched coaches for stable ping and local meta reads.
  • Play offline in Steam while sharing your screen — zero friend spam or invites.
  • Solo coaching only, or duo if your MMR gap allows. Your call.

Payment Escrow Protection

Your MMR, Your Money, Protected

GameTasker holds your payment in escrow until you confirm the session is done. No account sharing, no item trades, no logins — just coaching through screen-share. If something goes wrong, a human mediator steps in.

  • Funds stay locked until you approve the coaching work.
  • Your account and inventory are never touched — no shared credentials.
  • Dispute resolution by real people, not bots, with your chat logs as proof.

Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

How many sessions before I see MMR go up?

Depends on your current play and the size of your mistakes. Most players fix critical habits within 2–3 sessions. Your coach gives a clear drill plan after the first replay review.

Do I need Dota Plus or extra software?

No. Just Discord for screen share and your Match ID. Coaches use the built-in replay tools to break down every fight.

Can the coach duo-queue with me in ranked?

Yes, if your MMR gap is within the ranked restrictions. If not, the coach switches to live screen-watch and shot-calling from the sidelines.

What if the coach no-shows or the session is terrible?

Open a dispute immediately. Your payment stays frozen until GameTasker's team reviews the chat logs and decides the outcome.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a coach and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if coach fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another coach.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.
