Helpful Info

Important details before ordering

We gathered selection tips, recommendations, and guarantees in one guide.

How Bidding Saves You Money

Fixed-price coaching locks you into one rate. On GameTasker, Dota 2 coaches bid on your Nyx Assassin replay session. Compare profiles, hero win rates, and reviews to pick the best fit for your rank and server. Save up to 30%, payment held until you approve.

Metrics That Matter

When picking a Nyx Assassin coach, check their profile for hero win rate, role win rate (position 4/5), and hero pool. Do they play on your server with acceptable ping? Read reviews from players in your rank bracket to ensure the coach understands your MMR.

Before the Session

  • Gather 2-3 replay IDs where you played Nyx Assassin, ideally close losses or games where you felt ineffective.
  • Note your current rank (Herald to Immortal), preferred role (position 4 or 5), and usual server region.
  • List 2-3 specific Nyx issues: missing Impale, poor Mana Burn usage, late Blink Dagger, or bad teamfight positioning.

Service details

How the Session Works

Your coach will share screen and walk through your Nyx Assassin replay on Discord. Sessions are available for all servers—USE, USW, Europe, SEA, and others. You can join solo or bring a friend for a duo review. No account sharing needed; appear offline if you prefer.

  • Connect to Discord from your region for low-latency screen share; US East, US West, EU, and SEA are all supported.
  • Keep your Steam profile offline or appear offline if you want privacy; we never require your credentials.
  • Choose a solo session for focused feedback or a duo session to split the cost and review both players' Nyx games.

Payment Escrow Protection

Your Payment Is Protected

GameTasker holds your payment in escrow until you confirm the replay breakdown meets your expectations. Your Dota 2 inventory and Steam account remain untouched—no sharing, no risk. If something goes wrong, our dispute team steps in to resolve it fairly.

  • Funds are held by GameTasker and only released after you confirm the session delivered the promised breakdown.
  • Your Dota 2 inventory, items, and Steam wallet are never accessed; we do not ask for credentials or trade offers.
  • If the coach misses the session or the analysis is shallow, open a dispute for a refund or redo.

Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

Do I need to share my Steam account or Dota 2 credentials?

No. All sessions happen via Discord screen share and replay analysis. You never give login details, and you can appear offline if you prefer.

Can the coach help me if I'm in Herald or Guardian?

Yes. When booking, filter for coaches who have experience in your bracket. Many taskers specialize in low MMR coaching and can address common Nyx mistakes like poor mana management or missed gank timings.

Will this help if I play Nyx as a position 4 support versus position 3 offlane?

Definitely. Specify your preferred role when booking. The coach will tailor the replay breakdown to your role, covering warding, rotations, and itemization for support or lane dominance and initiation for offlane.

What if I'm not satisfied with the replay breakdown?

Payment is held in escrow until you approve the session. If the breakdown doesn't meet expectations, you can request a revision or open a dispute for a refund. Your feedback also helps us remove underperforming coaches.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a coach and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if coach fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another coach.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.
