Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

How quickly will my Keeper of the Light coaching session start?

Taskers usually begin bidding within minutes of posting your order. Once you accept a coach's offer and fund the escrow, you can schedule your session immediately or at a time that works best for you.

What skill bracket is this KotL coaching suited for?

Coaching caters to all skill levels from Herald up through Divine and low Immortal. Coaches tailor their advice to your bracket's specific meta, focusing on lane fundamentals, item builds, and macro rotation timing.

Should I choose live game coaching or replay analysis?

Replay analysis is ideal for spotting bad positioning habits and wave management errors without match pressure. Live coaching helps with real-time decision-making, item timings, and teamfight reactivity.

Can I request coaching for mid KotL instead of position 4 or 5?

Yes. When posting your task, specify whether you want to focus on core mid KotL burst builds or support macro play. Taskers with high-level experience in that specific role will bid on your order.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a coach and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if coach fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another coach.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.

First bids arrive in ~14 minutes
