Helpful Info

Important details before ordering

We gathered selection tips, recommendations, and guarantees in one guide.

Why Bidding Beats Fixed-Price Chen Coaching

Fixed-price stores charge one rate whether you are Herald or Divine. On GameTasker, Chen specialists bid for your request, so you can compare hero win rate, role history, server, price, and verified reviews, then choose the coach who fits your bracket and schedule.

Pick a Chen Coach by Real Metrics

Open each Tasker profile and check Chen win rate, role experience, and hero pool beyond one comfort pick. Look at server and ping, since timings differ on EU, NA, and SEA. Reviews should show replay analysis, not generic praise. Pick the coach whose MMR bracket matches yours.

Prep for Chen Coaching

  • Have two recent ranked replays ready—one win and one loss—where you played Chen or faced a strong Chen.
  • Write down your rank, role, server, and main goal: creep micro, jungle route, or teamfight timing.
  • Test Discord mic and screen share before the session; clear comms matter more than perfect settings.

Service details

How Chen Coaching Runs

Sessions run live on Discord with screen share, so your coach sees real-time creep micro, jungle pulls, and smoke timing. You choose the server and time zone that fit NA, EU, or SEA, decide between solo replay review or duo queue in a party, and stay in control of your account.

  • Pick your region and server; coaches adjust Chen jungle routes and gank timings for NA, EU, or SEA ping.
  • Keep your Steam status set to Offline if you want privacy; coaching needs no account login, password, or item access.
  • Book solo replay review for focused fixes, or duo queue with your coach in party for live Chen calls and rotations.

Payment Escrow Protection

Escrow and Account Safety

GameTasker holds your payment in escrow until the session ends and you confirm the coach delivered the review, drills, and plan you booked. You do not hand over Steam credentials or items, and if a Tasker misses the agreed scope, support can step into the dispute before release.

  • Funds stay held by GameTasker and release only after you review the session and mark the order complete.
  • Never share Steam password, email access, or cosmetic items; Chen coaching only needs Discord and match replays.
  • If the coach no-shows or ignores your goals, open a dispute; escrow funds remain protected until both sides resolve it.

Questions before ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers regarding service details, payments, and hiring Taskers.

Do I need to share my Steam account for Chen coaching?

No. Coaching runs over Discord screen share or replay review. You keep your login, items, and behavior score private; the coach only needs to see your gameplay and hear your comms.

Can a Chen coach help if I'm Herald or Guardian, not high MMR?

Yes. A good coach meets your bracket, not just Immortal games. They can fix basic creep control, jungle pulls, and Holy Persuasion timing that keep low-MMR Chen games chaotic.

How do you handle NA, EU, or SEA server differences?

Tell your region when posting. Coaches adjust camp stacking, gank routes, and timing around your ping and server meta, so the advice works in your actual queues, not on a 0 ping replay.

What if the session doesn't cover what I asked for?

Keep the order open and message the Tasker first. If the agreed topics or replay review are missing, escalate to GameTasker support; escrow funds stay held until the dispute is resolved.

Do I need to share my account login and password?

Not required: many tasks can be completed together in a party without account sharing. If login is required, share credentials only after selecting a coach and use two-factor authentication.

What to do if coach fails to complete the task?

Funds remain protected in escrow until results are verified. If terms are not met, support will help issue a refund or find another coach.

How quickly does work start?

Initial offers usually arrive within minutes. Work begins after you select a Tasker and confirm task terms.

Can I check the price first without ordering?

Yes. Creating a task is free: you receive offers, compare prices, deadlines, and reviews, and pay only after choosing the right Tasker.
